All twelve of the districts are represented and accounted for, in order to unite and rise up against the Capitol. Together, the districts must combine in order to defeat the Capitol.
Twenty-four citizens are present, giving other members tips and tricks on how to survive Panem. Everyone is encouraged to contribute, as we shall always be united.

For the last few hours, citizens have been rolling in their beds, anxiously waiting to hear the news telling them if they were drafted as a Peacekeeper. About 65% of the population would dread receiving the email telling them of their new role. Approximately 10% would love to be a Peacekeeper and the other 25% is undecided on the matter.
Well now it’s time.

If you’ve been drafted, and would like to still represent your district, you can do so. There will be a spot available for one Peacekeeper per district.
